Notice given less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a late cancellation or no show fee:

A late cancellation fee is applied when notice is given between 4-24 hours prior to your appointment. You are subject to 50% of your appointment fee.

A no show fee is applied when less than 4 hours notice is given or you miss your appointment completely. You are subject to 100% of your appointment fee which must be processed prior to booking any future bookings.

We are understanding however, as our business has grown, the demand for service has also grown where late cancellations or no shows hurt the livelihoods of our hard-working team. Please know, we are a small business and we are doing our best to provide quality care.

Makenna received her bachelors degree in Connecticut, US where she played NCAA Division 1 Field Hockey. She then completed her Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Western Ontario. Makenna has recently moved to Toronto from Vancouver where she worked with a variety of populations including Ballet BC dancers, athletes during the Invictus Games 2025, active individuals, and older adults. Makenna has a keen interest in sport and running injuries, orthopaedic conditions, concussion, and vestibular rehabilitation. She takes a patient centred approach and focuses on collaborating with you to reach your specific goals. She is passionate in creating an individualized treatment plan to reduce pain, improve function, and prevent further injury from occurring. Dr. Sarah completed her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Mental Health at Carleton University in Ottawa. During her studies, she was introduced to complementary and alternative medicine through the biopsychosocial model of health, which sparked her interest in holistic, patient-centred care. This passion led her to pursue her Doctorate of Naturopathy degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto.

Throughout her Doctorate, she received her certification as a personal trainer, prioritizing sustainable and evidence-based fitness plans for individuals of all levels. Her love of weight training grew into a passion for sports medicine, where she focuses on helping patients prevent injury, optimize nutrition, and enhance performance.

Dr. Sarah’s clinical interests include digestive health, hormone support, dermatology, and mental health. Dr. Eric Le Dreff-Kerwin is an evidence-based chiropractor who was raised in London, Ontario. He earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in biology from the University of Waterloo before continuing his education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where he obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree and graduated magna cum laude.

Dr. Eric uses a variety of hands-on techniques to help manage conditions affecting the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. His treatment approach includes joint manipulation and mobilization, soft tissue therapy, therapeutic modalities, rehabilitation exercises, and patient education. He works collaboratively with patients to identify the underlying cause of their concerns and develop treatment plans that are informed by current research.

Dr. Danielle attended Western University where she majored in physiology and biology. She went on to receive her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, graduating with honours. She is a certified contemporary medical acupuncture provider from McMaster University and a GrowCo certified post-natal fitness specialist. She is also currently working to become a Functional Nutrition practitioner.

Sage is a registered acupuncturist who loves working with patients with MSK issues, digestive health, general management, women’s health and those in need of mental health support. With a background as a competitive and professional dancer, multi-sport athlete, and dance instructor, Kaitlin has first-hand insight into the physical demands athletes place on their bodies and the mental and physical challenges that accompany injury.

Kaitlin earned an Honours Bachelor of Life Sciences from the University of Toronto, majoring in Global Health and Nutrition. Subsequently, she completed a Bachelor of Applied Health Science in Athletic Therapy at Sheridan College, graduating with high distinction and as the recipient of the Dr. Wade Whitten Award for Clinical Excellence.
